Human editorial responsibility
AcademicFix public guidance is planned, written and reviewed by people with direct experience of academic research, journal submission, technical document preparation and research reporting. Responsibility for the published wording remains with AcademicFix.

Practical evidence and source hierarchy
We prioritise current journal or institution instructions, official reporting guidance, authoritative publication records and transparent methodological reasoning. Examples are labelled as examples and are not presented as universal rules.

Clear limits
Technical and editorial guidance can improve consistency and reduce avoidable submission errors. It cannot guarantee scientific validity, literature completeness, editorial acceptance or a specific statistical result. Field-specific and institutional rules take precedence.

Academic integrity
We do not publish advice that enables ghostwriting, fabricated data or references, concealed authorship, retrospective hypothesis manipulation or misleading editors, reviewers and academic institutions.

Dates, updates and corrections
Substantive guides display a publication or update date. We review material when a cited rule changes, a material ambiguity is identified or a correction is requested. Corrections that change the practical meaning are reflected in the updated page.

Educational pages may link to a relevant AcademicFix service. Those links do not change the scope of the guidance, create an acceptance guarantee or substitute marketing claims for evidence. We do not publish fabricated testimonials, ratings or affiliations.
