Service provider and data controller
AcademicFix is the project and service name used on this website. Before any paid service begins or payment is requested, the contracting service provider’s identity and required commercial details are disclosed to the client in the written proposal.
Website information
The website describes AcademicFix services and starting prices. It is not an automatic order system. A binding service begins only after the file or project information has been reviewed, the contracting provider has been identified, the client has approved the written proposal and the applicable initial payment has been received.
A secure assessment upload does not itself create an obligation for either party to proceed.
Academic integrity
AcademicFix provides technical formatting, editorial review, reference verification and analysis of authentic, client-supplied data. It does not write theses, papers or assignments; fabricate data or references; misrepresent authorship; or manipulate findings.
Author and client responsibility
The author remains responsible for the research, source accuracy, permissions, ethical approvals, data lawfulness, substantive revisions and final submission. Recommendations should be evaluated by the author and, where relevant, the supervisor or research team.
Quotes and delivery
Starting prices cover the baseline scopes shown on the website. The final proposal states the exact scope, deliverables, exclusions, total price, payment schedule, turnaround and revision boundary. Proposals are normally valid for seven days.
Standard turnaround is normally counted from receipt of all required files, written approval and the applicable initial payment. Shorter timelines may be offered where capacity allows; availability and any additional fee are stated before approval.
Payment schedule
For proposals of TRY 2,500 / USD 60 or less, the full fee is paid before work begins. Above those thresholds, 50% is paid before work begins and the remaining 50% before release of the final editable files.
Bank, payment-provider, currency-conversion or withholding costs not expressly included in the proposal remain the client’s responsibility. A commercial document is issued by the identified provider in accordance with the applicable rules.
Revisions and changes of scope
Unless the proposal says otherwise, one consolidated revision round requested within seven calendar days of delivery is included, limited to conformity with the approved scope.
New files, new datasets, new analyses, content writing, changed target guidelines or rework caused by author changes are a new scope and may require a separate quote. Material errors introduced by AcademicFix are corrected separately at no charge.
Cancellations and consumer rights
Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where a consumer requests performance to begin during an applicable withdrawal period, a separate express start authorization and the legally required information will be requested before work begins.
For non-consumer or already-performed work, cancellation and refund consequences depend on the work completed, committed third-party costs and mandatory law; any project-specific arrangement is stated in the proposal.
No outcome guarantee
Technical or editorial support cannot guarantee publication, acceptance, thesis approval, a particular statistical result or any academic outcome.
Confidentiality and files
Unpublished files and datasets are accepted only through the personal secure-transfer workflow unless another written method is agreed. Upload links normally close after 48 hours and should never be forwarded.
The client confirms that they are authorised to share the files and that unnecessary personal and special-category data has been removed or de-identified. Retention and deletion periods are described in the privacy notice.
