What to check

A strong submission connects the question, method, evidence and files.

Use these four checks to review the research as a whole before focusing on final formatting. Each one leads to a relevant guide in the AcademicFix knowledge base.

01

Technical compliance

Compare the document structure, headings, tables, figures, references and declarations with the current rules of the target journal or institution.

02

Methodological alignment

Check whether the research question, stated method, analysis and reported findings describe the same study without unexplained gaps.

03

Literature positioning

Assess whether the sources are current, balanced and clearly connected to the research problem and the contribution being claimed.

04

Transparent analysis

Document the data source, assumptions, analysis decisions and limitations so another reader can understand how the findings were produced.

Editorial review does not guarantee scientific validity, complete literature coverage or publication acceptance.

Why trust AcademicFix?

Clear methods, traceable sources and visible editorial boundaries.

Trust is built through sources and process rather than personal exposure or unverifiable claims. AcademicFix shows how guidance is prepared, what a review covers and where its limits begin.

01

Source-led guidance

Technical rules and changing facts are linked to current primary sources whenever those sources are available.

02

Context-specific review

A file is assessed in relation to its purpose, reporting structure and the requirements of the target journal or institution.

03

Traceable findings

Technical findings are kept separate from methods or literature observations so every recommendation remains reviewable.

04

Written scope and confidentiality

Deliverables, price, schedule and the secure transfer method are agreed in writing before any work begins.

No invented testimonials, inflated success claims or publication guarantees—only a clear service scope and work you can inspect.

Focused services

Technical depth where your file needs it.

Start with a clear baseline. Your final scope, price and delivery date are confirmed only after we review the information you provide.

These are optional paid services. Every guide remains free to use, and no service is required. Scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Frequently asked questions

Before you send an enquiry.

info@academicfix.com
Do you guarantee publication or thesis approval?

No. We improve technical readiness and flag editorial issues, but editorial decisions, scientific validity and institutional approval remain outside our control.

Will you rewrite my literature review or methods section?

No. We identify visible gaps, inconsistencies and reporting risks in a separate editorial report. The author decides and writes any substantive revision.

Does data analysis include advanced methods?

Yes, advanced analysis stays under the Data Analysis service. Its price is confirmed after reviewing the dataset, research design and requested model.

Why can’t I upload my file in the first form?

The first form collects only the information needed for an initial assessment. If the file is necessary for accurate pricing, we send a personal 48-hour upload link before preparing the final written proposal.

Do I need to create an account?

No. AcademicFix does not require a customer account. Proposals and file transfers use personal, time-limited links, reducing the amount of account data we need to retain.

How is the exact price decided?

We consider length, reference count, document condition, target requirements, analytical complexity and delivery schedule. You receive the exact price before work starts.

Can you work with Turkish and English documents?

Yes. Technical formatting, reference review and analysis support are available for both Turkish and English research files.
